Board Position Descriptions:

President

• Preside at all meetings of the PFA and Board, be a member ex-officio of all committees, prepare agenda for meetings, coordinate the work of the Officers and Committees of the PFA in order that the objectives may be promoted, perform such other duties as may be prescribed

1st Vice President

• Oversee and coordinate income for the PFA

• Act as aide to the President, perform the duties of the president in their absence or inability and represent the President as requested, oversee chairpersons of standing committees as designated by the president, perform other duties as assigned

2nd Vice President

• Oversee and coordinate the disbursements and investments of the PFA

• Same as above

Secretary

• Record the minutes of all meetings, prepare minutes from previous meeting and bring copy for next meeting approval, maintain and have a current copy of the Bylaws, maintain a membership list, take care of all correspondence

Treasurer

• Administer all funds of the PFA, keep a full and accurate account of receipts and expenditures, deposit all revenue into PFA account, make disbursements as authorized in accordance with the budget, present a statement of account at every meeting and make a full report at the May meeting, submit annual Treasurer’s report for audit as necessary, have checks signed by two of the four signatories (Treasurer and one other officer)
